All Aboard! Announcing the new Durango Bluegrass Train

A brand new music event hits the railroad in Southwest Colorado this summer on May 28, 29, 30, 2026 in Durango, Colorado.

For over a decade, music lovers have packed the Durango Blues Train for an unforgettable blend of live performances and jaw-dropping scenery. Now that iconic experience takes on a new genre - bluegrass. Step aboard a moving music venue where the mountains unfold outside your window and incredible live sets fill every car. Come see what the stories are all about and ride along on May 28, 29, 30, 2026 for a one-of-a-kind musical journey through the San Juan Mountains. There will be two coaches with no music for people to chat and relax. You will be allowed to travel between all coaches and gondolas.
